Kandy “was” a global head and a Director, managing the customer and partner experience for a $5 billion revenue enterprise services business. His primary focus in this role was to drive revenue through strong customer loyalty programs. During his tenure in this role, he improved the enterprise services customer experience to highest ever level with strong customer loyalty uptrend and consistent year over year significant revenue increases.
Before Microsoft, Kandy was a Director for Process Center of Excellence with CSC, a top global consulting company, delivering management consulting and advisory services on business architecture, quality and business excellence, governance frameworks to senior management executives.
